Located 20 minutes North of Owen Sound, Camp Presqu'ile has offered overnight camp programming for over 90 years to children and youth aged 6- 16. In partnership with the Owen Sound Rotary Club and YMCA of Owen Sound, we are proud to offer a high-quality summer camping experience for all children to enjoy.
 
With 14 acres along the coast of beautiful Georgian Bay, Camp Presqu'ile offers a wide variety of programs, so there's something for everyone. Through interactive programs and a community focus, our campers will have fun, develop friendships, and create memories that last forever. Camp is a place where children are free to be kids, where your imagination can take you on many adventures, and where you can have the time of your life.

A heartfelt thank you to the Rotary Clubs of Tara, Meaford, and South Hampton for sponsoring children to attend Camp Presqu’ile in 2026.

Their generosity creates a meaningful ripple effect throughout our community. By helping remove financial barriers, these clubs give children the opportunity to experience friendship, belonging, independence, and the confidence that comes from trying something new. At camp, young people discover their strengths, connect with nature, and make memories that stay with them long after summer ends.

Thank You, Eva Leflar Foundation

We are deeply grateful to the Eva Leflar Foundation for its continued support of Camp Presqu’ile. Eva Leflar spent her life in the Owen Sound area and, through her work with the Children’s Aid Society, saw how financial barriers could prevent children from participating in activities and educational opportunities. Her legacy continues through the Foundation’s commitment to helping local children access meaningful experiences.

The Foundation’s generous donation of bikes helped create our biking program, giving campers more opportunities to build confidence, develop new skills, and explore camp in an active and meaningful way.

The Foundation has also supported program materials throughout the summers of 2025 and 2026, including arts and crafts supplies, swimming lesson resources, lifeguarding aids, and sports equipment. Thank you for helping us create safe, engaging, and memorable camp experiences for every child.

We are deeply grateful to Community Foundation Grey Bruce for its generous support of Camp Presqu’ile’s Quiet Spaces Project. Through its commitment to strengthening communities across Grey Bruce, the Foundation helps local organizations create opportunities and supports that improve the well-being of residents of all ages.

Thanks to this funding, Camp Presqu’ile added new Muskoka chairs throughout camp. These welcoming spaces give campers a place to take a break, reflect, connect one-on-one with a counsellor, or simply enjoy a quiet moment outdoors.

Camp is full of activity, excitement, and new experiences. Having intentional quiet spaces is important for helping campers recharge, manage big feelings, and feel supported away from home. The chairs have quickly become meaningful places for conversation, comfort, and connection.

Thank you to Community Foundation Grey Bruce for helping us create a camp environment that supports every camper’s well-being and will be enjoyed for many summers to come.
